Established in 2002, The Nutmeg Tree is a family run husband and wife business operated by Dave and Mandie Donegan. Mandie is a qualified chef who completed her apprenticeship in Mackay, North Queensland in 1992. Dave completed a Diploma of Business In Hospitality Management at William Angliss College, Melbourne in 1992.
Dave and Mandie have experience in all facets of food and beverage service having worked in a range of restaurants from buffet breakfasts to 5 star fine dining. With 30 years experience in the industry we are well qualified to ensure that your event is a success.
Our catering menus offer a wide variety of finger food and we also cater for buffets and sit down meals.
We cater for all special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.
